Carlow Kilkenny Training Skillnet
We are delighted to announce that Skillnets has been allocated additional funding by the Department of Enterprise, Jobs and Innovation for a new Management Works initiative the aim of which is to deliver a subsidised two day training programme to help business owners to improve their capabilities in relation to presenting their business case when seeking to raise finance for their firm.
The programme includes two 1 to 1 mentoring sessions with qualified advisers and is available to sole traders, farmers, small business owners and the key business staff of SME’s for the subsidised price of €250 per person. We believe this bespoke programme will greatly benefit our Skillnet members as this is a unique offering not currently available to Irish SME’s.
How will this programme benefit your business?
• Raise your awareness of the sources of finance available
• Increase your confidence and ability to discuss your firm’s finances
• Increase your confidence and ability to make a case for securing finance for your business
• Increase your understanding of how banks are assessing credit applications in a non-asset backed application
• Raise your awareness of how the Credit Review Office might assist your business in the event that an application for credit is declined
Carlow Dates for this programme are:
Training Day One: 26th of March
Training Day Two: 16th of April

Talbot Hotel, Portlaoise Road, Carlow
Please go to: http://www.managementworks.ie/ for course schedule and a detailed programme outline. If you require more information please call Skillnets on 01 2079630 and ask to speak to Niamh.
