2 years ago I started thinking about changing my herbalist practice into something different. I wanted to make people believe that herbal teas are not only healthy, but they can also be tasty, fun, warming, loving, tangy, sweet, earthy, and that everyone can benefit not only from good quality teas but also enjoy all its benefits. October last year, this dream became a reality, and with the help of the lovely people in Kilkenny and Kilkenny farmers Market on Thursdays I have been growing steadily, reviews and comments are the proof that most clients don’t buy my teas only once, but they keep coming back for more which, makes me proud and happy.
I don’t use any, and I mean, any flavour or colour enhancers in my blends, which means, they are 100% natural, and all flavours are just the mix and match of different herbs, fruits, seeds, roots, spices, that I mix carefully so you all get that perfect hug in a mug.
This year for the first time I’m offering my brand-new, Tea Advent Calendar Bottles and they have a special place in my heart. I love tea, and I love advent calendars that are refined and tasteful. Perfect as an advent calendar, but also as many have pointed out, a tasty high-quality gift for family and friends.
I also started a range of teas that are focused on taste, chai teas, warming and comforting blends that will make you happy while spoiling your cravings for sweets. Just last week I added to the Outdoors Herbalist family PURE black and green teas. Assam, Earl Grey, Darjeeling, Lapsang, Sencha, Jasmine, Mate are just some but I will keep trying and adding more over time. Rooibos our very own Tor Rua tea.
