The Cutting Vedge is a cosy plant based vegan deli providing freshly made healthy food options for the people of Kilkenny and surrounding counties. We serve a range of soups, wraps and salads we have a hot special every day and always have plenty of gluten free options. At The Cutting Vedge we also do a range of sugar and gluten free desserts. All food with the option of eat in or takeaway. Our nut roast salad and falafel wraps are our most popular.
The majority of our customers are not vegan they come for our great tasting freshly made healthy choices which are freshly prepared on our premises daily. Many commenting on the great smell from our shop on Ormond Street. We are a busy cosy friendly place to not only get fed but nourished also.
